If your flight ticket out from London is on Friday, you know you better change it to Saturday evening, because how can you say you went to London without going to Portobello Road? Its like saying you went to Egypt without seeing the pyramids.

I spent eight hours there, but felt like it was only one maybe because flea markets is my haven! That is where the cool people comes out and the rarest things are kept! I dont even feel bad for spending more than my spending allowance, because i dont really shop in KL. i like to spend my moneh when i travel, so i brought a very long but specific list of the things that i wanted to buy, and bought almost half of it on Portobello, thats how wonderful it was there.

On this trip, i didnt buy any clothing item(ok maybe 1 or 2), but focused in buying boxy bags and tons of shoes, since my giant feet is appreciated more overseas. I also went to One Of A Kind, a vintage shop filled with lovely dresses, hats and bags dangling on the ceiling and a 4 walled room covered with shoes. Oh and Mrs Beckham used to shop for vintage there! Im also kinda excited to operate my Praktica B100 using the manual i found online. To my luck, i stumbled upon stamps like the ones i wanted which costs a lot less, but equally beautiful! The exquisite trunks made me hate myself for bringing two boring luggages to London, because i want to bring them home and travel in style :)

Of course i bought my kakyoi some lovely trimmings and preppy baby iron on appliques since she loves sewing and so good at it! For my brother in law, i got him some vintage posters on physics and math to hang in their apartment to bring out the nerd in them. Lastly, some vintage shoulder bags for my 3 lovely cousins!

Oh yeahhh, i also didnt forget to stop by famous The Hummingbird Bakery, which were highly recommended by friends, and they man did they taste crazy good!

In the late evening, the bones in my legs felt like popping, but i wouldnt have it any other way. it must be so nice to have one major event to look forward to every single week, it just takes the stress away a little bit dont you think? you lucky Londoners!

Wow, I sure talk a lot in this post.
